12 Week Fitness Strength Training Programs for Busy Moms

Busy moms, and single moms often neglect to take care of their bodies, fitness, and health. This is often due to two things. One being lack of time & the other being lack of a plan. 1. Pushups-

Get on your knees, keep your core stable and lower your chest to the floor and push right up. Recommendation is 5 to 10 reps for any beginner. Don’t worry about not being able to do the right form.

2. Bridges-

Lay on your back. Feet closer to the hips and do a hip thrust pushing your hips up with your heels focusing on engaging your glute muscle, your hips. The glute muscle is the biggest muscle in the human body.

3. Lunges-

Stand with your right foot forward, and left foot back. Lower your left knee to the floor gently and then use your right foot, heel to go back up and ready to lunge again. Recommended 10 reps or as many as you can.

4. Squats-

Most beginners to strength training are weak at doing lunges. So, start with squats. Stand two inches wider than hips, squat down where your hips and knees are parallel and push with your hips to squat up. Recommended 10 reps for any beginner.
