Weightloss secrets for Bridal Fitness, Women

Training pic alison standingIn my 12 years of professional fitness coaching, personal training, bootcamps and atheletics in the jersey city and Tribeca,Manhattan- NewYork area, I have learned two basic secrets to success in weightloss, fitness, personal training. First- “What”- meaning What does a client want to achieve? Second-” Why?” Why does a client want to achive this? These are the most important questions to determine, motivate and set a clear path for personal success. I train several Bridal bootcamp, fit for the dress clients, wedding fitness and weightloss clients in NYC- Tribeca, Jersey city and NYC areas and these are still the two basic questions I ask. The most motivated client is and in most cases been a bride to be, someone with a specific weightloss goal in mind and someone with an injury experiencing pain or discomfort. The results are highly driven on personal motivation, the game plan and the desire to stick with the plan. The rest comes naturally! So, that being said what is your WHAT? and WHY? When you figure this out your training, fitness, workouts will be executed with a drive and sense of purpose. You will be pushing more weight, pulling more weight for that wedding dress. Yes, lifting weights, resistance training is the primary method of our Bridal Bootcamp, Wedding fitness program. We use a similar approach for our weightloss and injury rehab programs. With more and more research strength training is the primary approach to meeting all key fitness goals. We have a new group training, class called H.I.I.T ME offered at 33 hudson st, jersey city, and 107 chambers st, Tribeca. This is the secret to reults in less than 30 minutes.
