H.I.R.T –
This stands for high intensity resistance training. Since muscle burns more fat at rest we use resistance training done in a specific way that ignites their stubborn metabolism for these busy working parents and also saves them time. For instance we had a busy mom who was struggling with weight loss and more specifically belly fat loss and as someone who holds a job in corporate America and ha long seated hours in NYC, Tribeca we use our personal trainer Tribeca NYC program to put her on 20 minute resistance training and muscle activation program to jump start your metabolism with good form an technique. Sample Exercises –

Pushups –
the key to this exercise is once again do not use momentum but actual focus on contracting all the muscles intended to work in your upper body like chest muscles, arms, and shoulders while holding your core completely stable- here is a sample –
Bridges & Lunges –
Most people do not utilize these exercises enough and while they come with a variety of ways to do them the best way to them is on the floor for beginners. The glute being the large muscle in the human body along with the thighs busy working parents can instantly benefit from these instantly- technique should be prioritized first and form should utmost priority.
Recommended –
