Three Tips to Loose Belly Fat
Love handles? Belly fat? 2. Caloric deficit– meaning consuming less and burning more- this will out your body in a deficit. Key word – Deficit- meaning your body will gradually start tapping into the fat stores you have- two ways to do it-

3. The second approach is eat less and stay on the workout program and eventually you will start tapping into the fat stores.
